Kay Gunn specialise in supporting first-time people managers and work with organisations that want to build confident, capable leaders. In partnership, we create cultures where people feel supported, included and able to perform at their best.

This project was delivered in collaboration with Beyond & Co. (Teri Thomas), who led the brand strategy. Together, we crafted a calm, confident visual identity that feels human, grounded, and quietly distinctive. We carefully built a system designed to reflect Kay’s approach to leadership: thoughtful, empathetic, and built for lasting change.
